You are invited to join Upper Darby Township and Upper Darby Multicultural Commission for our 2nd Annual International Festival tomorrow, Saturday, September 22nd, from 1-7pm along 69th street from Market through Chestnut. There will be music, dancing, children’s activities, food and merchandise vendors representing the many diverse African, Asian, European, South and North American cultures that make up our Upper Darby community.
