Membership/job opening for the Watershed Adaptation Corps is now available.
The members will be gathering data from community members and physical observation, sharing this data with the Watershed Partners Team comprised of Drexel Engineering, University of Pennsylvania Water Center, Hunter City University of New York and representatives from the Darby and Cobbs Creek areas.
The goal for these efforts will be the design of adaptations to decrease flooding in downstream areas. Learn more.
The position is comprised of 12 hours/month over the course of 18 months at $15/hour. Training will be provided .

The only way to stop flooding is to stop letting them build in the upper Darby Creek area. Stop blaming the more working class lower creek area for everything and get rid of the housing upstream that’s causing all the flooding.
